Merlin Posted May 29, 2020 Posted May 29, 2020 Neither Publisher nor Photo will print my work as a pdf using ‘Microsoft to PDF’ driver. The blue line stops at about 60% and stays there forever. The only way out is to cancel the print. I’ve never had this problem before. I’ve tried rebooting the computer too. I’ve spent hours trying to print some important files for a deadline and nothing works. Does anyone have any ideas please? Many thanks! GDPR-415734 1 Quote
GarryP Posted May 31, 2020 Posted May 31, 2020 Why are you printing to PDF using that driver? Is there some reason why you are not using the Export to PDF functionality which is already in those applications? GDPR-415734 1 Quote
Merlin Posted May 31, 2020 Author Posted May 31, 2020 Yes, it’s because I wanted to print multiple art boards to one sheet, and export prints each artboard on a single sheet. Nonetheless, I found a work around by temporarily rasterizing my art boards before printing. Quote
GarryP Posted June 1, 2020 Posted June 1, 2020 You can export multiple Artboards by using the Export Persona of either Photo or Designer, rather than the Export function from the File menu. There is always a default Slice created which contains all the Artboards but you can create your own Slices to specify which Artboards are exported. Quote
