ParadiseKendra
I want to blur the letters of the license plate of this car out, and I need to rotate the selection made by the rectangle marquee tool in order to do it properly. I cannot figure out how to do it. Does anyone know how? Thank you for your help!
markw
After making your selection, click the Quick Mask button in the top toolbar and then switch over to the Move tool. You can now; Move, Rotate, Scale, and Shear the selection area. Once you’re done, click the Quick Mask button again to leave Quick Mask mode. With something like that number plate you might want to consider selecting the area with the Freehand Selection Tool in polygonal selection mode. Once the Freehand Selection Tool has been selected hold down the Shift key as you make your selection.
