editing a text automatically open another window

Hi,
I want to report this bug: When I have more opened windows and in one of this I click on text for edit, when I click letter automatically the app open other window and I can't continue insert text.
You can see in action on attached video example.

Is it a bug or a problem on my installed fonts?

Thanks for your report/support. This is a known issue that affected all applications in Separated Mode and is already fixed in the latest internal build (not released yet as a Beta or retail). For now if you work with a single document opened at a time or merge all document windows (menu Window > Merge All Windows) while it Separated Mode it should work correctly.

Can I test the beta? I want to see if another bug has been fixed (Now asset not work with drag&drop) before creating a new post. I have purchased through the App Store. 

I have already downloaded the beta but ask me product key. Thanks

The current customer betas (on macOS) are outdated/surpassed by the Mac App Store version (retail). As soon as there's a new one it will be posted in the Designer Beta on Mac section in the forums pinned at the top (no serial needed just make sure you have the Mac App Store version installed).
