Dan Griscom Posted May 9, 2020 Share Posted May 9, 2020 I just purchased Affinity Photo, and received two emails, one as an order confirmation, and one with the product keys. Unfortunately, the emails appear to be blank, unless I view them in raw mode, in which case I can see the (HTML) content, and through dint of much searching can find the product key. I'm using Postbox 7.0.15 on macOS 10.13.6. I've never had Postbox do this before; I'm guessing there's something strange in the emails generated by your store system. I checked the Console for Postbox messages, but found nothing. Any suggestions? (I've registered my key, so I'm good there, but I'm guessing you have other customers with this problem.
