I just purchased Affinity Photo, and received two emails, one as an order confirmation, and one with the product keys. Unfortunately, the emails appear to be blank, unless I view them in raw mode, in which case I can see the (HTML) content, and through dint of much searching can find the product key.
I'm using Postbox 7.0.15 on macOS 10.13.6. I've never had Postbox do this before; I'm guessing there's something strange in the emails generated by your store system. I checked the Console for Postbox messages, but found nothing.
Any suggestions? (I've registered my key, so I'm good there, but I'm guessing you have other customers with this problem. Happy to provide any and all details.)
