Sudden crash, file won't open

Still using Serif PagePlus X9 (amongst others for my business).  Now trying the Trial Version of Affinity Publisher...PROBLEM:  When into my project and typing first word...Publisher closes in a split second, no warning, and no error.  My Trial Version is ending soon and I can't get anywhere.  Closed and reopened the program about 10x - I am about to quite and remove it from my computer.   Is there a bug?

Hi Renee&Snoopy,

Please could you try opening the app with the CTRL key held down and when the reset menu appears hit Select all and then Clear. This should hopefully solve your issue.
