Affinity Designer won't open properly

I just purchased 3 product today May 1, 2020, Affinity Photo, Design and Publisher but only Designer is opening or loading.  I have re-booted 3 times, tried to re-install and repair the software but nothing works. Photo successfully opened 1 time after re-booting but after I closed it and try to open it again, it just went back to crashing.

Unfortunately I'm a little confused by your post, as it's titled that Affinity Designer won't open, but you then go on to say;

Could you please confirm for me, is Designer working and the other 2 apps are not, or vice-versa?

What does happen when you try to open the apps that are seemingly not working currently? Do you see any Affinity window at all, or does nothing happen on screen?
