Hello,

I have a problem with opening RAW files. It looks not as sharp as it should be. I am new to AFFINITY, so I don't know what happened and how to solve it.

I have made some searches, but no solution was found.

Sony A7M3, Windows 10, AFFINITY Photo 1.8.3.641 with Trial Account.

You can see the differences in attachments.

btw, I also have tried some old RAW files taken with my old Nikon D50. The problem stays the same.

What should do?

Thanks!

The first image is clearly a screenshot of your raw file in the Develop Persona at 100% display (as it needs to be for any valid comparison). But what are your other images? How were they generated? We need this information if we are to help you.

Most raw developers apply sharpening by default, but Affinity applies none by default. Click the Details tab to access controls for sharpening and noise reduction.

I see, thanks!
