I was charged foreign transaction fee, but they didn't mention the fee when I was checking out. I tried looking for information on foreign transaction fee, but couldn't find any. I wasn't charged with the fee when I purchased Affinity Designer through the App Store, so I'm a little confused why I was charged this time. I ended up asking for a return of the product, but I didn't get my fee back. Help! Quote
AndyB Posted May 1, 2020 Posted May 1, 2020 Hello Nicole, unfortunately this could be that we are an overseas company (UK) and your bank has imposed it on you for the transaction. We have not received the money and it is not anything we have control over so you should take this up with your bank. Sorry I could not give you more information. Andy Quote
