Sparx Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 I'm facing the same issue - attempting to purchase Designer + Publisher via Paypal. I've tried using Firefox and Chrome on Windows and Android with two different ISPs. Done the usual steps of clearing cache and cookies but to no avail. Also tried using Incognito mode. @WarrenNZ Are you trying to buy via card or Paypal? Quote
PlasticJet Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 (edited) I've just had the same issue: I created my new account on store-check-in, paid for both designer and publisher via paypal, and now I just got an error message(which disappeared now) while the processing order screen is looping/loading endlessly. No Emails for my Account Creation nor my Order or any Product Keys have been sent to my Email/Junk Folder either. However, my paypal account has already been charged for the appropriate price! It would be great if there would be a solution for this problem. EDIT: I've also already sent an Email to affinity@seriff.com concerning this issue. Edited April 19, 2020 by PlasticJet Quote
Staff SFurniss Posted April 20, 2020 Staff Posted April 20, 2020 It sounds like your payments are being declined. When this happens you may see a pending transaction on your account for a few days. This should drop back into your account once your bank realises we cannot collect the payment. This is most likely due to an error in the way your browser is handling the 3d secure check that is now mandatory for all EU online orders. Before trying again you may wish to check your browser is up to date. It may also be worth trying with a different browser. We are currently very busy, but if you've emailed affinity@serif.com we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Quote
