I entered the license key given for the 90-day free trial that is currently being offered. Upon completion of launch, Designer alerted that there was an update. I downloaded and installed the update. Once I relaunched it, it now says the following: Quote The details you entered are not valid. Please ensure your email address / organisation name and product key match precisely the details you have been given. So, I've not had any opportunity to use the software at all. Is there any resolution to this? Quote
Staff Patrick Connor Posted March 27, 2020 Staff Posted March 27, 2020 @smashingred Welcome to the Serif affinity forums Once you have entered the 90 day product key once (as you did before you updated) you do not need to do that again, your product key is remembered and the 90 day countdown continues. You just choose Continue Trial on the dialog before the one in your screenshot (or choose back). You will only need to use the product key dialog above if you choose to buy it after you have tried it. Sorry that error message is not better when entering the same product key as you did the first time. We will improve that in the future.
