It sounds like you're probably on Windows, and it sounds like you're running the installer multiple times. That's the only way I know of that you'd get the "Repair or Uninstall" prompt. Or, possibly, you didn't install them properly when you can the installer. Did you change the install directory? Or did you accept the suggested default directory for each application? If you did not accept the default, what directory did you install each application into?
