Slice Isolation in Export Persona

I have been cropping export slices from photos. I wish that I could see each slice in isolation—with other slices hidden and the area outside darkened—to make image cropping easier.

In the meantime, it is possible to hide the contents of individual slice by clicking on the eye icon "make item visible in export" in the Layers panel (Export persona).

The contents are of each slice are shared. There is just one underlying image. I don't see any way to turn off individual slice outlines.

Yes you are right.

You would have to create one layer for each part of the image (by copying and trimming/cropping the base image), and then create individual Slice for them (this is then made easily from each layer using Create Slice).
