Email and product key not accepted

Hi guys basically i try to put in my email and product key however it says that it is invalid.Everything is correct but i don't know why this is happening please help me .Thank You

Please could you email affinitysupport(at)serif(dot)com regarding this? If possible please could you provide a screenshot of the registration screen with your details entered.
