Affinity Publisher - Create colour info for style guide

Recommended Posts

Hello. I was wondering if there was away to generate colour information from a colour for use within a style guide.

For example let's say you have a colour and you wanted to copy the info such as hex code, RGB numbers and CMYK numbers. The way I've been doing, select the colour copy the R colour number paste the number into the text box, select the colour again, copy the G colour number and paste the number into the text box and it dose take awhile to copy all information over.

The faster way I've found is to take a screen shot of the colour information and write the text from there since you don't have to go back and forth.

Is there a faster way to create colour information for use within a style guide?

Thank you for your time.

There is no feature to do this, you will probably have to seek out a 3rd party app. you could create a group of swatches for the 3rd party app to read though.

Maybe Paletton?

Might even be a cool project for someone to write a small app to get a neat layout like this.
