Hello,

Yesterday afternoon I tried to buy Affinity Designer to download onto my Mac. Unfortunately, I received an error stating that my payment method (debit, FCU) was declined. I tried again only to get the same result. After checking my bank account today, I still see two pending transactions of -$49.99 each from "Affinity Nottingham GB." If there is any way that you could help to resolve this issue and buy the product, I would appreciate it greatly.

Thanks,

Will

It sounds like your payment is being declined. When this happens you may see a pending transaction on your account for a few days. This should drop back into your account once your bank realises we cannot collect the payment.

This is most likely due to an error in the way your browser is handling the 3d secure check that is now mandatory for all EU online orders. Before trying again you may wish to check your browser is up to date

If you would like us to manually place an order for you please email affinity@serif.com

Thank you so much, I appreciate it. I will email them on Monday during business hours.
