We we have looked in to this for you and the payment was refused at our end as it did not pass the security checksĀ and as such has not been charged. Any pending charges on your account will not be permanent and will drop off within the next few days. Please ensure you are using the latest version of your web browser when placing the order, as any out-of-date browsers usually throw back an error such as this.
