Emeily Posted March 9, 2020 Posted March 9, 2020 Hi guys, I have made a few payment for affinity Designer and have also gone through the 3D secure code. The payment method was declined every time and yet when I check with my bank, they informed me that the transaction has gone through, twice. At the end I did not received any code and affinity designer is still in my cart. If possible, I would still like to purchase affinity designer. Please advise on what should I do here. Emeily Quote

We are aware that we have already responded to your Facebook post and email reporting the same issue, but we do not like to leave messages unresponded to so we will post the same response below in case anyone else ever has a similar issue. The payment was refused and so has not been charged. Any pending charges on your account will not be permanent and will drop off within the next few days. Please ensure you are using the latest version of your web browser when placing the order, as any out-of-date browsers usually throw back an error such as this.
