I have a series of books, which all have the same introduction and outro pages.

Each book title is a separate publisher file.

I have created the common intro and outro pages in a single Publisher document. I then import this Publisher document into the separate Publisher documents for each book in the series.

The intro and outro file is a double page spread.

When I import it into a publisher document, I get the option to select which spread I want to display:

Untitled-1.jpg

However, only the odd left hand side page appears. The even right hand page does not.

Is there a way around this (other than just making the intro and outro document a single page file)?

After playing around: The only way to get it to import as spreads is to make sure the document to be imported only has spread and no single pages.

Is this normal behaviour or is it a bug?

After playing around with this, I have found out the following:

•If you create your document as single page and then later change it to facing pages, it will import in as single page.

• If you create your document one size (e.g. 8 x 5) and then change it to another size (e.g. 6 x 9) it will import in as the original size (In this case 8 x 5).

Basically, it seems the Trim box size is set at document creation and doesn't change when the document is resized.

I guess this is a bug?
