Leves tools - Let's us see what it does!

Recommended Posts

Hello,

the levels tool is one of our basic tools. We can not live without it. The PS's one is pretty simple und efficient.

I would suggest two features for Affinity Photo's Levels tools:

- Instead of a pull-dwn menu in order to choose the channel (Master, Red, Green, Blue), make simple button. There is enough space. See the grabs and modified grab. I just copy paste, it's ugly but you get the idea..

- Adjusting precisely the black and white for each channels is really challenging if you based your vision on the final image. Instead, it would be really easy to do if when pressing a key (let's say alt), affinity would show the peeks into a 2 colors mask). Try in PS!

Thanks for listening.

Ok. Thanks for your reply.

It's a start. Keep going :-)

Hi nicoppc,

Thanks for your feedback.

Currently you can only do it for the Master channel pressing ⌥ (option/alt) while adjusting the Black and White but you're probably aware of this.

Maybe this can be added for individual channels in a future update too.
