I can t activate the program after formatting my computer

I use win 10 pro

I bought an affinity designer

I paste the key code after formatting
but it is not active

Thank you for the additional information.

You say you pasted the code, but where did you copy it from?  The most reliable "source" for your personal code is your Affinity account page, the Downloads and Product Keys section. 

If this is where you copied your key from and it still isn't working, I think you will need to wait until Serif staff are back in the office on Monday morning (it's currently Saturday afternoon in the UK.)
