floatingonair Posted February 26, 2020 Posted February 26, 2020 I eagerly updated this morning and then nothing. It will open, but after choosing to open an existing file or create a new one (tried both), publisher just hangs. Force quit several times but result is the same each time. Quote
Jhuggler Posted February 26, 2020 Posted February 26, 2020 I updated this morning. I can no longer save opened files. It gave the 'save as' option to save as a new file, and an error came up for that, too. So any working document has no save option. Quote

Have you recently made any other software or hardware changes? Many issues when creating a new document on Windows are caused by out of date Graphics Card drivers, so please ensure these are fully up to date from the manufacturer's website.
