I use Affinity Photo in the 10 day trial period. In the tutorials and help function can't find anything on the foto-library concept of affinity. In other words where do I store my photos and how do I manage them. Documentation so far only shows how to export single photos, that shouldn't be all!

Hi Hans-Ronald,
Welcome to Affinity Forums :)
Affinity Photo is more comparable to Photoshop for RAW development and image editing mostly - editing one photo at a time (although you can have multiple images/documents open) - than Lightroom, On1 Photo RAW etc which are geared towards photographer's workflows/needs. There's no library/cataloging or browser views/management, or ways to apply the same settings to several photos from a photoshoot and similar functionality. We may provide that later thought another app/Dam software. So you either have to use it with in conjunction with a third party photo management/cataloging app or consider another app entirely according to your needs.

Since you do not have a cataloging/management tool, does the Affinity Team have any recommendations for a good one?

Free or low cost is preferred since all I am looking for is a tool that searches my drives for images and then allows then to be cataloged then searched by metadata.

The ones I see are focused at Cloud solutions that provide editing and with Affinity Photo, I don't need another editing tool.
