MamboStudioz Posted February 15, 2020 Posted February 15, 2020 Hello. I’m facing an issue where I cannot save my work to a folder in iCloud or local iPad storage. When I try to “save a copy” of my work to a folder in iCloud, I’m getting the following error: The Operation Couldn’t Be Completed. Operation Not Permitted.” I’ve restarted my device, reinstalled Affinity Designer but nothing has worked. Prior to this issue I was saving my work directly to the Affinity Designer directory and I lost all my files when my daughter deleted the app so she could install Microsoft Solitaire 😔. Quote

Ouch! Create a new folder outside of the Affinity folder using Files app and save your files there using Save a Copy in Document menu. That will prevent future losses if deleting app. Check the apps settings in iOS settings to make sure it has read write access.
