mediawork.berlin Posted July 13, 2015 Share Posted July 13, 2015 Hi to all, thou i am a new user of AP, i worked for a very long time in PS :ph34r: , could you please give some help using shortcuts in AP. I am located in Germany, so our keyboard is working a bit differently especially when i want to change the brush size with ] or [. Is it possible to configure custom shortcuts? For example I configured in PS "," to make the brush-size smaller and "." to make it bigger. Is there a way to get this feature or is it already implemented? it would be great to get some help. Thanx to get this great App, now it is my first choice for photography work (for 19 years). GrahamHCB Posted July 13, 2015 Share Posted July 13, 2015 Hello Mathias, I'm using a German keyboard too and Ctrl+Alt+click and drag left and right increases and decreases the brush size, and dragging up and down increases and decreases hardness. Newstone Posted July 13, 2015 Share Posted July 13, 2015 Hello Mathias, when You use a Wacom Tablett, you can use a key for change the Keyboard language. If i hold CTRL+Alt+Click, my right hand isn ´t free for left/right/up/down because i hold the mouse. hmm. Please enlighten me. Often i forgot to switch back to german keyboard @Newstone yeah, i have an Wacom Intuos A4. But an old one and there is no wheel. Staff MEB Posted September 27, 2015 Staff Share Posted September 27, 2015 Hi mediawork.berlin, Custom shortcuts were already implemented in the latest Beta which you can download and install from here if you already bought the Mac App Store version (keep it installed to be able to run the Beta). What GrahamHCB meant was that you can also change the size and hardness of the brush if you press ⌃(ctrl) + ⌥ (option/alt) while dragging the mouse to the left or right on canvas (changes brush size) or up and down (changes brush hardness).
