Josh R Posted January 13, 2020 Posted January 13, 2020 I accidentally began painting with the paint brush tool in the Pixel persona without creating another pixel layer. I am able to go back in my "History" and see where I first began painting with a new color in a new area (where I should have added a pixel layer), but I am unable to copy any of the steps. What can I do? Quote
v_kyr Posted January 13, 2020 Posted January 13, 2020 AFAIK you can only undo/redo steps from history marks, but not copy/paste certain of those from the history stack/list, see also: Using undo, redo and history. Phillipp Posted January 13, 2020 Posted January 13, 2020 It would be really cool if we could change the history in any way, maybe with a "record" feature that generates a gif or video file as sort of timelapse of the whole process. But that would require that the history is saved in the project file.
