Self printing a photo book

Please bear with a very simple question. I’ve searched the Help and the forums but don’t find a definite answer.

Can I lay out a photobook in Affinity publisher using imported .tif and/or .dng files and then print it out directly to my Epson 3880 inkjet printer maintaining a colour managed workflow?

I have profiled both my display and my printer. These are simple books: individual pages, one photo to a page, occasionally with some text and a few text only pages.

Lightroom’s book module is just too rigid. I’ve tried Scribus, and the layout etc is fine but printing to one’s own printer is a can of worms I’d rather not open.

Welcome to the forum.

If you assign your printers colour profile on the print dialogue screen then the print out will maintain your document colours.
