Help with physical order

Hello,

I accidentally ordered both workbooks in the wrong language. I reordered them in the right language and at the same time send a request for a shipping label to Affinity Returns. This happened on tuesday, now it is friday and I still have not received a response. I also contacted you on Facebook but also no response. How can I send the books in the wrong language back if I canˋt get a shipping label?

Hi Annalena,

The team are extremely busy due to the Black Friday event but they will get back to you as soon as they can. We can reassure you that you are not being ignored, they are just helping people who contact them before yourself.

Please try to refrain from sending multiple requests for help as it will only increase the workload and decrease the response times.

Any spelling or grammatical errors found in the above post are deliberate and included to boost the self-esteem of those who spot them.
