White58
Hi, I've been using APublisher to create photo books, and it's been working really well. Unfortunately today my application crashed (I was just scroll-wheeling at the time), and now the file starts to open but then says access was lost and it needs to close. Other publisher files still seem to open ok. I'm on macOS Catalina - using the latest App Store version of Publisher. All images in the document are 'linked' rather than embedded. I get the same error message when attempting to open the publisher file in Designer or Photo too. The publisher file size alone is about 650MB. I tried moving the Publisher file, and also renaming the resource files - but unfortunately it still refuses to open. The files were living in the Affinity Designer folder of my iCloud Drive. Keen to hear if there are any tricks or workarounds that I might be able to try - even if it just lets me salvage parts of the content (like text from the textboxes). Thanks, Nathan

Nuth1n
Had the same thing happen to my, but mid document editing! I made a bunch of changes, tried to save before exporting - "access to file lost" and it closes my document now without saving. VERY MUCH ANNOYED. Could you make the program rather keep the document open (with the current memory state) to give us an opportunity to check the drive connection or save elsewhere?
