Chi9
Is it possible to add text into objects so that the text will conform to that shape or contour? I know this was easy to do in Illustrator. This is for Affinity Designer iPad Edited November 16, 2019 by Chi9
DM1
Yes. You need to draw your curve then use Artistic text tool and tap on curve and type. Chi9
I’ve been able to text/type on a path, including the perimeter of an object. I’m wondering if I can have text fill an entire object, like a big circle, and conform to that shape without cutting off my text?
Denny
It is possible. Draw the shape then select the frame (not the artistic text tool) then double tap in your shape which will convert the shape into a text frame. Type your text.
