Apply Image bug

In Apply Image. 'Use Current Layer as Source'. All ok so far:

Hi dmstraker,
I'm having trouble reproducing this here. Are you trying to apply the Apply Image filter to the Curves Adjustment on purpose? Did you set the adjustment to Alpha channel? Do you mind attaching the afphoto file please? I can provide an upload link if you wish to keep the file private.

Oh yes. I didn't have the pixel layer selected. My bad.

Still puzzled by the effect on the Curves layer, especially as just a checkbox was clicked. Double-checked with attached - effect is repeatable.
