MARLAMC
I have a 2019 iMac with OS Mojave ver 10.14.6. Every time I try to save a file-Affinity photo crashes and closes down. I have lost so much work, time and effort because I lose everything I created in the program and have to start all over. I am new to Affinity Photo (was a long time photoshop user) and getting use to the program but I have never had this issue with photoshop. I can't afford to keep doing this and I am afraid to work in this program-I'm wasting time- please can anyone figure a solution as to why this is happening? AlanShore
Hi MARLAMC, it never happened to me. If I had to start having this problem, I would reinstall the application in question. Make sure you have your activation key before doing this. Staff MEB Posted November 10, 2019 Staff Share Posted November 10, 2019 Hi MARLAMC, Welcome to Affinity Forums Does this happen with any file or it's just with a specific one? To where (what folder) are you trying to save it? Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
