Hello, Have tried to run Designer update 1.9.2 and get so far then the dreaded error message "failure to extract update". Tried restarting Mac (Mojave 10.14.6) no luck. Photo and Publisher updated to 1.9.2 faultlessly. Any thoughts please. Steve1812

Dear Patrick, Is there any disadvantage in using Infinity Photo 1.9.1 update in a MacBook Pro mid-2009 Desktop, apart from not being able to use special effects, such as snow, etc.? Would the functionality be affected -- like speed of operation? Regards, Greg

Updating via Mac App store the Affinity Photo app is failing (freezing circle icon) tried many times, restarted, waited hours and days. No luck. What to do?

Hi, I'm macOs user and the performance of the application sometimes becomes slow, I have an Intel graphics card of 6000 and 8 gb of ram I would like that in the person tab you can include a raw editor easier to use and more complete with radial filter, I have to use adjustment layers to edit and is a very slow and annoying process, thank you

A few days ago, I updated Affinity Publisher to version 1.9.0.932. After updating, I realized that (2) out of (6) documents with tables are no longer recognized by the software as containing tables. These are document which I need to update every few weeks and need to add rows to the tables with each update. I am now unable to add additional rows to the tables. The other (4) documents when opened, in the new version, still retain the tables. Can anyone give me some insight? I REALLY need these docs and need to be able to add rows. Thank you.

As a very recent purchaser of an iPad and the Affinity iPad apps, reading this thread has left me a little confused! I have installed the latest version of Designer from the App Store; the splash screen shows it as being version 1.9.0, but the "Preferences/Settings" screen shows it to be 1.9.3. Which is "correct"? Ever since the new update, my pixel tool pen and drawing messes up frequently and is very slow even if the document size is small. My friend is also having similar bugs with crashing ever since the new 1.9.0 update came out. Anyone know what's going on?
