  1. In one of my current projects I'm working on my company's new brand identity (logo, title fonts, etc). In the past I've been accustomed to placing several of those brand graphics in the same document, editing them individually, and then exporting them to separate .eps or .svg files. It doesn't look like "Export Selected Item" is an option right now, but it would sure be a time saver versus creating different files for each graphic element. What do you think?
  2. Hallo Affinity Team, I'm looking for an alternative to Illustrator and have tried out Affinity. Unfortunately, I'm rather disappointed with the SVG Export in Affinity. Some layers in my vector graphics are coded as inline PNGs (data:image/png;base64). It would also be nice if the layer names were also exported in the SVG, so that I can target them in the code later. Thanks, Gary
  3. I am encountering a strange issue when exporting both EPS and PDF When i import the EPS/PDF into illustrator some of the vectors are vectors and others are images (pixels) I can't find a difference between the line settings.. they're not brushes and they don't have any pressure settings I can't figure this out. So excited about this application. The tools are intuitive and straight forward. I am an old Freehand user looking for an alternative to Adobe Frustrator. Steve
  4. The Export sheet has two buttons, Cancel and Export. Cancel is already keyboard-enabled (or acts as if it is); hitting ESC closes the sheet. But Export cannot be activated with the Keyboard; one must use the mouse. If Export were the default button, hitting Return or Enter would "press" it. (I'm using AD to build multilayer graphics; I typically have ten or so exports per graphic with different layers turned on and off. I've assigned Command+E to File > Export..., so once I've set the format and directory for my first export, I can do everything quickly through the keyboard, except for "pressing Export" in the Export sheet. Moving the mouse between the Layers palette and the Export slows down the process quite a bit.)
  5. Hello, in near versions they might give the option in the menu of export of " only the selected ". Also in the menu of export, a preview for the formats with loss (JPEG, gif) of since they stay in the different qualities. Regards.
  6. Hey, May be I am missing it but I have a really huge document that I am slipping in multiple part so you have a one big view, but they are then sliced in smaller views that can be printed more easily. Right now I only see slice export in pic format for the slice. And in the export options, the PDF document option is "everything" only. Is there any way to either add a slice selection in the PDF export or add the PDF format in the slice export tool ? Thanks :)
  7. When you export an SVG, whole document gets exported. An option to export only the image (shapes), without empty portions of background page would be very nice.
  8. As suggested in another post, here's a feature request. In Export Persona, I can export slices to PNG, TIFF, etc. But not SVG. Could support for exporting slices to SVG be added? This would be very useful for me! Thanks, Graham
  9. Hi, Try out this short video tutorial which covers exporting your page. Thanks, Andy
  10. The question is in the title... is PDF / SVG export functionality fully implemented? I ask because in my test cases I'm seeing gradients, and shapes with effects getting clipped + rasterized rather then being fully editable gradients + effects. Ideally any effects should use SVG filters when exported. This was always a problem I had with DrawPlus. I often had to export out at really high DPI to remove any gradient dithering, and import it into Illustrator where I vectorized the rasterized portions. The results I'm getting right now are disappointing. Though the PNG export from a large vector files is incredibly fast, and clean. Nice work there.
  11. I see right now a 1x, and 2x. It would be awesome if we had a manual option. I'm looking at this from a UI standpoint where I want to export assets at different multiples (2x, 3x, 1/2, etc.)
