  1. If using Control+Option+Click&Drag Left/Right to resize a Vector Brush in Designer the brush outline and/or crosshairs indicating its canvas position disappear. To get them back requires an additional click on the canvas to see where your brush is. This bug first showed up last March as part of a more general problem with the Vector brush: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/183978-changing-brush-attributes-via-clickdrag-with-modifier-keys-broken-in-catalina-in-all-latest-betas-1736/ But this remaining problem probably now needs it’s own Bug ticket.
  2. Looks like this is totally broken now for me on Catalina with the latest betas😧 In current retail v2 apps and previous betas with pixel brushes; Control+Option+Click&Drag Left/Right = Brush Size. Control+Option+Click&Drag Up/Down = Hardness. And with Vector brushes: Control+Option+Click&Drag Left/Right = Brush Size. Now in all beta 1736; Shift+Control+Option+Click&Drag Left/Right = Brush Size. (the Shift key is now need too??) Control+Option+Click&Drag Up/Down = Hardness. (unchanged and same as before) And with Vector brushes: Control+Option+Click&Drag Left/Right = Brush Size. This still works, however immediately afterwards the brush outline and crosshairs disappear 90%+ of the time and you have to click the canvas again to get them back.
  3. Noticed a bug where when resizing with your brush in Designer using the CTRL + ALT and drag short cut to do a quick brush stroke resize results in the brush tool disappering upon resize. Once you click around or make a line with your brush it returns but until then the brush cursor just disappears. Seems like something simple to fix. Running the latest version of Wacom drivers and 1.10.
  4. Hi, I'm experiencing brush crosshair disappearing each time I resize the brush. I had the same problem with previous Affinity Designer 1.9.3 as well.I've attached the screen recorded video to show the problem. I also noticed that when the cursor is missing it's even missing from the desktop when I mouse over into other applications or desktop without clicking. Until I click then the cursor reapears. Are there any settings to solve that problem or is it a bug that needs fixing? Cheers ps: Running AD 1.10 on High Sierra on MacPro 2010 crosshair cursor disappear.mov
  5. Designer beta .911 Resizing the Vector Brush tool using Ctrl-Alt Mouse button, the cursor disappears after moving the mouse. I have to click to make it reappear. Same behaviour in the release version.
  6. When I hold alt Ctrl and drag my pen sideways I change Pensize and or softnes when dragging up down. I get a visual feedback of the adjusting Size and Softness. Unfortunately the Brushtip is gone after completing the Pensize.
  7. I've been avoiding updating from 1.8.3 to 1.8.4 for some time due to this issue. Recently I went straight to 1.8.5 [latest version] to see if it would be fixed, but it wasn't. It's probably not even considered a bug, but I'd like to understand if this was an intended change. What's happening: I've always been able to resize my brushes using Alt + LClick + RClick [and drag] until version 1.8.3. From 1.8.4 on, this command only activates the Color Picker, which is also activated by Alt + LClick, so it's just redundant. If I want to resize my brushes in 1.8.4+, the command is Ctrl + Alt + LClick + RClick, and the weirdest thing is that the brush/cursor simply disappears after releasing the drag in the desired size, which didn't happen before. I don't know if this command change was intended, but I see no reason to have 4 buttons for such a shortcut. Also, considering the fact that it disappears after release, looks like something's wrong. Any thoughts on this, please? P.S: I know there are other ways to resize a brush like [ ], so save yourself some time before suggesting this. Thanks!
