Here is an example of a PDF file (created from Affinity Designer). The bug occurs with other PDF files (created from Affinity Designer and InDesign). Affinity Publisher crashes while deleting the block containing the PDF

When exporting a CMYK document with a grayscale image to PDF, this image is converted to CMYK when it should remain in one color (black). Perhaps it is already when importing into Affinity Publisher that the image is automatically converted to CMYK but we can not see it because there is no preview of color separations. It is essential to keep the original settings of the image. Thank you for your reply.
