  1. Hello Zubie: FYI, V1.6.5.135 is the latest version of Affinity Photo. It is the same version I have. I run this software on an HP laptop with an i5 CPU and 8 GB of memory running on Windows 10 Pro. Everything works fine at this end. I wish I could help you further, but I'm not a computer expert. Best of luck in solving your problem.
  2. I have several issues with Affinity Photo. These are: 1. How do I exit from Affinity Photo after saving my edited photos? I get confusing messages from the software that I do not understand. 2. When using Viveza 2 I can see weak or washed up colors on my screen. In order to enjoy the true colors of the photograph to be edited, I have to magnify it to 33%. Anything below that won't work. The same is true with the small Loupe screen on the bottom right. 3. Randomly the software won't run. In order to have it working, I have to restore my computer. This is very annoying. Can you please help me? I want to use the software but these pesky bugs are getting on my nerves. If problems persist I will be forced to subscribe to Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop. Thanks in advance, Omar Upegui R.
  3. I plan to buy the 2018 version of Nik Collection since DxO claims it will be updated regularly thus I will be up to speed with all improvements made. The 2012 version is outdated, and I will not be comfortable using it. I have a gut feeling that in the near future Affinity Photo will take care of this bug if it receives enough messages from us users advising them of the problem. A few minutes ago, I tried a new trick to enhance the washed up colors of the uploaded photograph. The problems seem to be the levels of magnification. If you increase the magnification level (+ sign) to 33% the photograph will look exactly like the one you uploaded from your hard disk. Then you can go ahead and make your adjustments as usual. I can live with that until the bug is crushed. Thank you for your assistance.
  4. I'm using the free 30-day trial version. However, I 'm having problems with RGB Color Space. Apparently, Color Collection and Affinity Photo have a compatibility problem with this issue. I have been looking at several YouTube videos to see if I can solve the bug. So far I have not been successful. If the problem continues, I have no choice but to buy the paid version which is $69.00.
  5. Not anymore. DxO starting charging for Nik Collection effective July 1, 2018. The price is currently $69.00 (U.S. Dollars). However, there is a free 30-day trial option before you buy.
  6. I have the Nik Collection suite released in 2018 and still have the same problem with colors. Images from my hard disk are clear and bright, but when I upload them to Affinity Photo and open the Nik Collection plugin, the colors are weak and washed out. It is very discouraging because I like Nik Collection, but can't use it as a standalone application. I though Affinity and Nik Collection had this color problem iron out by now. No joy. Am I missing something?
