The font is at 300pt at this time. I tried to do the ctrl 1 and that made it hugh in my screen. I made it larger and smaller by ctrl and roller on mouse it seems to be better now. I need the size font because for a tshirt need to be able to see it:) Thank you Alfred and everyone for all you help:)

Thank you all for helping I do see when I zoom in it goes away but when normal size it is back. I did try the preferences but it still happens. I tried what all of you said but still a problem. Weird problem never noticed it before maybe last update not sure. Thank you all again:)

Not sure what is going on but There is a line in my design. It really is more of it not lining up. I move the design and the and it stays in the same place. I thought maybe it was my monitor but it doesn't do it in AP. I just tried to print it and it seems ok but just want to know if it is something I can fix it is kinda driving me Crazy lol. I tried shutting down the program and it is still there (don't look to bad in screenshot but it is worse IRL)

oK Alfred I did not get 2 items just the R it did not fill in till I divided. on the original design.

I forgot to say when I converted to curse I did and add so all the letters are on layer now and not separate. This guy is showing how to make 3 different section so far not sure the end yet lol. Thank you Bruce

I am trying to learn a skill on Youtube and when I convert to curves then put the black area on creating then divide the R fills in and as you can see the small red make on to is that area but it does not go away when I pull it out. Am I doing something wrong? I am watching an Illustrator video and making it work with AD maybe that is it please help.

It's weird it worked fine then it stopped without me touching snapping. Also I just reset everything including computer and box came up saying just installed or uninstalled font and it was 

 

 

Well you guys were right I turn off some of the other items on the design and the snapping worked again. Wish it would not do that pain having to turn things off so I can line things up. Thank you again.

When I am trying to line up some text all of a sudden my line won't come up (just to center it ) red text says SNAPPING HAS TIMED OUT.

 This is just for centering the word wierd I tried to shut down and get back on but still no good. Anyone know how to fix that.

Every time I cut out something and I go to refine it no problem then if I select as new layer the program just shuts down EVERY TIME.

Crop tool would have a grid now it is gone and I can't find the dropdown for the custom preset they had. I don't know if you removed it or I am missing something please help:) Thank you

I think cause in some cases it works with different words and others it does not. So I can see how can't check every word in the world. But I do hope they fix fast:)

I am using the latest version 1.8.0 I think it is and when i convert to curves then do what I need to do then select add it fills in the g and e as you can see. I did another design and the letters when crazy shape. This is important hope you can fix soon. Thank you for all you do love the program:)))

Thank you both so much. Yeah I never use Illustrator just this program was watching a how to on youtube and loved the look. But they were doing it on photoshop so different and since I never used it I got lost. Thanks again.

I converted text to curves and ungrouped them then selected add tool and it messes up the text what am I doing wrong? Second Pic as you can see the letter H and A got really weird why am I doing something wrong or is it a bug.

I just saw a video on how to do this in Illustrator and was wondering if we on AD can do it. I know there is an expand stroke but that will not make it bigger all the way around not that I know anyway. If there is could you point me in the right direction of video or help please. Thank

I was wondering if you can make the nodes BIGGER.  Is there an adjustment cause  they are soooooooo small now it is crazy, they were perfect before the update now they are too small. I know crazy question but I use them a lot and really hate the size now.
