How to draw this in designer ?

I'm trying to work out the logic of this process, if you use Frequency Separation (FS) and then use the inpainting brush on the Blurred low frequency layer, that will do nothing to change the texture in the high frequency layer so the freckles will remain. Editing the high frequency layer will remove the freckles. But, why even use FS because the inpainting brush will do the same thing without FS. p.s. I'm using freckles as an example, that's not to say freckles are not good, I love a freckle just as much as the next freckle admirer lol!

Affinity photo lagging

Odd, try unchecking Enable Metal Compute acceleration, see how it behaves afterwards. -
This really should be a thing in Affinity apps, being touted as professional, and many people using 4k monitors and the like. In windows I've seen posts that allow you to disable scaling for an app, which isn't good if you have a lot of apps but not the scaling of a specific app: https://superuser.com/questions/1190895/is-it-possible-to-scale-specific-apps-on-windows-10

Find a PC/laptop that does have a CD rom drive and create an iso file, save the iso file to a usb stick, plug the usb stick into the new pc and drag the iso fil onto the desktop and run the iso file.
