Hi Puck,
The developers are still aware of this and are actively working on it.
Lee
Thank you very much for the information

Hi there, the bug still exists in the Retail version 2.2.0.2005
Kind regards, Puck

Interesting. Can you try and sort the LUT category by "date added" rather than by "name"? Then try to add a new preset in the gradient map.
Thanks a lot! It works! But I'm surprised. I didn't know that the LUTs had anything to do with the gradient map.
Cheers Puck

Hey. It all seems to be fine here. Can you attach a screen recording of your workflow?
Of course

Hi there, with the german interface of Affinity Photo Beta 2.2.0 (1994) and also in the retail version 2.1.1 with german interface, the gradient maps cannot be saved as presets. If I switch to the English interface it works.
Kind regards Puck

It appears that way, but they are actually stacked on top of each other, and I can’t see how to show all the tabs.
Interesting! I have not seen that. Still a bug, though, right?

Hi there,
can it be that the current Photo Beta for Mac (1954) can only open one image at a time? Whenever I click on multiple images and say 'open' it only ever opens one image. After several attempts via the 'Open' menu it suddenly works, but not always. Strange behavior, I think. I can not explain better, sorry.
See videos.

They should know, because the Serif Info Bot has not posted here to say it was fixed.
I just pointed it out in case they missed it.

Hi @Puck
We are aware of this issue and I've passed your report along to the devs, thanks.
My pleasure :)

In case a Mac user reading this thread wishes to work around the bug: click the live filter's thumbnail an additional two times to make the Preserve Alpha box appear.
Well, it's a workaround ... and it doesn't work (at least not for me). Photo Beta 2.2.1931 and Retail version 2.1.1 - Sorry.
Kind regards

I'm not able to replicate this on Windows. So possibly a Mac issue?
That is quite possible, yes. Sorry, I forgot to mention that I work with a Mac

Hi there, when I open Gaussian Blur a second time, "Preserve Alpha" has disappeared.
(see Video)
It also happens in Retail version 2.1.1
Best regards

Everything works fine
Hi,I can say similar things about my Beta 2.2.0.1903 Mac version of Photo. I work with the program normally and have nothing to complain about so far. Everything works as it should: but I am not a hard core user who pushes a program to the limit. In the course of time, one or the other bug will surely reveal itself
Bye and have a nice weekend

Hi @Puck
Could you provide a screen recording of this in action? It will help us try to reproduce it.
I'm sorry and I'm very puzzled because today everything works as it should. No idea what I did differently yesterday (actually the same as today!).
As I said before, I'm sorry.
Puck
