The option to control what the cursor looks like when using a brush. Please see attached file for more detail.

The ability to assign new and change existing keyboard shortcuts like in Photoshop.

It would be ideal if pixel and vector masked worked as they do in photoshop; sitting as part of the layer they are applicable to, rather than a separate layer.

One Up! I would really like the ability to port over some action layer sequences I commonly use in photoshop to Affinity Photo. With that, and another feature I'm going to make in a new post. Affinity Photo could replace photoshop for me almost surely 100% of the time.
