Hi @LukasWestphal, welcome to the Affinity forum. Our iPad apps do not require a licence key as they are linked to the purchasing Apple ID and verified through the App Store, as such we are not entirely sure what you may be referring to. Could you please contact affinity@serif.com with further details of what you have been given so that we can look in to this and advise further?

Hi @Átila C., welcome to the Affinity forum. It is not possible to transfer a purchase from the Mac App Store (or the Microsoft Store) to the Affinity Store. If you contact affinity@serif.com with proof of purchase, our Customer Service team may be able to provide a discount on having to repurchase the apps.

Hi BLUStudios group, The way that the free content appears on your account suggests that Designer and Photo were purchased through the App Store and not through our own website. If your Affinity app purchase was made through the Mac App Store it is tied to your Apple ID, and will also not require a Product Key. If you need to install it again, run the Mac App Store ensuring that you are signed in with the same account/credentials used to complete the purchase and the button which usually says "Buy" should instead say "Install", click on it to begin the installation of the program.

Hi @jabberwock, welcome the Affinity store and your English is perfect, I'd have not thought otherwise has you not mentioned it. Unfortunately it is not possible to move a purchase from the App Store over to our own store or vice versa, the purchases are permanently linked to the account and store through which they were purchased.

Hi @Hands-On, welcome to the Affinity forum. Yes you you can install your Affinity Windows licence on your new Windows PC. To login to your account, please head to the Affinity website and enter your email address along with your password within the relevant fields, and then click Sign In. If you’re unsure of your password, please select the Forgot Password? option and enter your email address. Then select the Reset Password option. This will send you an email to the email address previously specified for you to reset; follow the steps within this email. Once you’re in your Affinity Account select Downloads & product keys. You will then see a list of your orders along with a Download button beside each one. Click the button next to the relevant order to begin the download.

(Double) Thanks @Alfred I wanted to ensure that Susan would get the notification, and then update my message when I was online again but it seems that Patrick was already on the ball 😊 @TheStudioSusanThe email address on our contact page will not open up a menu when clicked, and what you are doing (copying and pasting in to Gmail) is what you should be doing. If you have an email client set up on your computer, it would open a "new email" window when clicked with the address already in the "To:" area, but that is a operating system/mail client setting and not something that we can make happen ourselves. -

How Do I register my Affinity products?
