  1. Hi, I did write to them yesterday. Maree Moran, the Purchasing Manager, answered quickly, asking me to uninstall the software, brush, and delete the email with keys, which I did and sent them an email notification. I did not hear from them, so I wrote again today but still no answer. Is there anything else I should do? Thank you

  3. Hi, The only software showing in the "Registered apps & devices" is Affinity Publisher. Designer and Photo are not there. How can I do that? Thank you
