Absolutely agreed. I am having to learn Illustrator 😞 in order to have editable vector brushes for current vector projects. (+ vector scatter brushes that I can break apart and edit) I'm also having to to back to an ancient version of Xara which has it's own issues. Don't get me wrong. I LOVE affinity but if I'm doing illustrations with bitmaps I find a bitmap app way faster with the added benefit that unscrupulous clients cant do their own edits.

It is simpler for me to stick to one monitor. BTW having 2 monitors with different resolutions completely foxes Designers 'Actual Size' view on either monitor. I end up having to use a ruler on top of my main monitor and tweak the zoom accordingly. Working on one monitor simplifies that too. Glad you are working on it though!

After a bit more fiddling I have found that If I keep all my windows on one monitor I don't get the issue. A shame but at least I can work. Hope this helps someone.

Yep. I have something similar and am also using a Huion tablet monitor. I went back to 1.6 and can work but I have had the issue again. Only once though. Desktop windows 10 64bit machine. Nvidia gforce680

Ah. My delivery specs are at 150% print size so the designer can tweak the layout without loss of quality. I'm delivering psd files. so I guess I'll just re-size the project once the roughs are approved. Thanks for the reply!

Is there a way to export to PSD at greater than 100%? (Client requirement for print repositioning) Other file formats have this option but I can't find it in the export options. Do I have to re-size the doc? It seems a little odd when working in a vector app.

Drawing with the pencil tool set to use fill is a great idea for creating quick organic shapes (Something I use all the time in Clip Studio Paint) Its major drawback is that it doesn't close those shapes and I have to swap tools in order to do that and then smooth out the result. I find this frustrating and time-consuming. Could we please be able to auto close somehow?

Hi I'm using a Huion GT220 tablet monitor on a windows 10 machine. Drawing freehand with any of the bitmap tools produces a jittery line. Actually that is the same with affinity Designer. There is also a slight delay when starting to draw before the line is drawn and then catches up with the cursor. This issue occurs even when using a mouse. Maybe a feature request for some kind of adjustable smoothing? Huge Regards Dave
