  1. The problem was that some files didn't have the resources embedded, which is weird since they are in PDF, but anyway, the thing was this, I opened with Designer all the files that were causing the problem, but it didn't show me any alert that the resources were missing, I assumed that since the designs were made with Illustrator, I opened them with Illustrator and it notified me which resources were missing, I just asked for the resources to the people who made them and problem solved.
  2. I am trying to export to PDF and I get this error, I have linked PDF files inside the artboards, because it is easier to finish what I have to do, I followed the steps in the PDFLib post and the logs are not created when I click Ok, so I don't know what is happening, the PDF files I placed were created with Illustrator, I don't know if that has something to do with it.
  3. Hi everyone, I am doing this thing and I have to separate the chemical compounds and quantities with dots, and Publisher replaces every three dots with ellipses, how can I stop Publisher from doing that?
  4. I don't get your point, when designing or illustrating this feature is incredibly useful in a lot of uses, and Designer happens to be a direct alternative to Illustrator, so it makes sense and would be nice if devs replicate this feature in Designer.
  5. I mean, Illustrator has this feature (and iirc use ellipses as well), that's why I was asking if Designer had it.
  6. Thank you, the truth is that I didn't know that tool existed, as you say it only works in some scenarios, it would be cool if it worked with the move tool.
  7. Constraints don't really solve my problem because to me that's not even Flexbox, in CSS you can do it simply by using the units of % and px with the box model. Flexbox has these very useful properties that I haven't found in Publisher yet, `flex-wrap` and `flex-flow` being the most game-changing properties, these other properties are not so necessary because this could be done with Publisher, but it has to be done manually and isn't automatic: `justify-content`, `align-items`, `align-content`, `gap`, `flex-grow` and `align-self`. And on another page, since Figma was bought by Adobe, this would be great because Publisher or Designer could be a more serious alternative in that UI prototyping tool scenario, because the other solutions on the market have some flaws or are very new, Penpot has some of these features for example, they even have CSS Grid in beta, but the real problem with Penpot is performance.
  8. Hi everyone, I need help with the snap feature, I need to snap the circle in the corner of the triangle, I know this can be done with the corner tool by just entering the size of the circle, but it would be nice to have this new snap option, especially with more abstract or complex shapes.
  9. I'm making a catalog in Publisher and I think it would be done quite fast if some Flexbox functionalities were implemented, many things from the web can be applied to the print world as well, to name the two best ones: flexible buttons and self-adjusting layouts. I take this space to ask if there is any plug-in to use Flexbox in Publisher.
