Roughly translates to: Not supported language. The document contains languages (de-CH), that don't have corresponding dictionaries. Btw, paths and download links are outdated and need an update.

Thank you, would be great if you could find a solution for this bug. It is currently a deal-breaker for us to use Publisher.

Yes it is enabled, and it also happens if I disable it What happened for you (and what you expected to happen) Trying to refresh a resource crashes publisher.
