I've had a look at the file and also see that it takes a considerable amount of time to export so I will get this reported to the development team. As rusty5 mentioned the error is caused by the FreeVector-Tank-Front-View.afphoto file. Can you provide the original afphoto file at all? This may help to determine what's causing this.

Thanks for confirming, it seems everything is as it should be with regards to the ICC profiles. I encountered an issue with a previous build where the profiles had been removed and Publisher would freeze after selecting File > New as a result. but that doesn't seem to be the case here. 

Could you possibly check the location below? just hold down the Windows key and the letter R to show the run prompt and enter the command below. if you find any crash reports here please upload them here. 

AppData\Roaming\Affinity\Publisher\1.0 (Beta)\CrashReports\reports
