  1. Yup! You’re absolutely right! Giving the users the option to use SHIFT CLICK instead of CTRL CLICK to add selection to the Flood Select Tool would be perfect!
  2. As we create a marquee, we should be able to click the spacebar and move the marquee around as we are trying to create the marquee in the perfect spot. Adjusting after is just a drag and slows down the workflow. Also photoshop has this spacebar marquee moving feature as the marquee is being created. I am considering switching from photoshop to Aphoto. But not having this feature in APhoto is very inconvenient - I am hesitant to switch over. Please have this feature in Aphoto, thanks!
  3. Hi, for the Flood Select Tool, if you go “control click” on mac you get to add more selection to the existing selection. It should however be “shift click” that lets you add to the magic wand selection so that it matches to photoshop shortcuts. And it makes sense because all other applications use SHIFT to add selection. Not CONTROL. In order for photoshop users to easily transfer to APhoto, the add selection magic wand feaute should be SHIFT CLICK. Thanks!
  4. I got it now! I just needa CONTROL Click with my brush and I can sample the color and paint it right away.
  5. @iconoclastThanks. Ya Sorry I meant holding control click will add for me using flood select tool (magic wand). But how can I customize it so that im clicking SHIFT CLICK instead of CONTROL CLICK to add? Im used to SHIFT as add in photoshop. I can’t find it in shortcut presets. Please show me a screenshot of where it is. Im on a macbook btw. Thanks!
  6. I want to paint a specific color using the paint brush tool. So I used the eyedropper and selected a pink color for the primary color. But then when I select the paint brush to paint, it paints the secondary color instead of the primary color that I just selected using eyedropper. I had to manually toggle back to the primary color before I can paint the correct color. How can I make it so that after using the eyedropper, I am painting in that color right away?
  7. Hi, for the Flood Select Tool, if you go “alt click” you get to add more selection to the existing selection. Can I customize it so that it’s “shift click” that lets you add to the magic wand selection? I wanna match it to photoshop shortcuts. Thx
  8. thanks @walt.farrell, I didn’t know how to screen record haha. Glad you showed me how. Thank you.
  9. Thanks @Wosven Ya I want to use the regular brush. Will check if I used the replace color brush.
  10. Thanks! Attached is a video. The new strokes sometimes go behind. Sometimes go inside the stroke like it’s masked. Sometimes the strokes don’t draw at all. Not in my control. IMG_2082.MOV
  11. I have this exact same problem! And none if those options mentioned are selected. Still having the same issue.
  12. My brush tool is lagging/dragging behind the cursor as I hover and move across my wacom tablet (not touching the board, just hovering. Same thing when I use mouse. Driver is up to date. Using free trial APhoto. Macbook Pro. I wanna make sure this issue is fixed before I buy the actual product - otherwise the lag is quite frustrating. How can I fix this please? Thanks so much!
