  2. Hello Walt, Did what you said - still gives me the same msg. So, I opened a trial copy and select "got key to unlock" and that did not work as well. Now, I'm stuck with the trial even after I delete and reload. How do I get my original copy to download and not the trial? Any info is welcomed. Thank you for your support.
