I am using Affinity Designer 2.5.5 now.
There is a problem when I try to use corner tool that produce difference radius limit in different side of an perfect symmetrical shape.
Here is how to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a circle on top
2. Create a rectangle at bottom
3. Merge them together
4. Using corner tool to 2 corner at middle, produce maximum corner possible. You could now we they are not the same.
Futher exploration
First way: Using the reverse curve, you could see the limit now swap side, meaning it depend on where the path begin.
Second way: Recreate half the path with all square corner, it show that the begin of path really affect the limit, no matter what neighboor corners are.
My expectation: I want to have the corner radius as big as possible, because I love curve more 😉
